Cancellation Policy
Site Visit Booking Policy. 1. Booking Requirements Minimum Notice: All site visit requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. This allows our team to ensure the necessary personnel are available and that the site is in a safe condition for visitors. Confirmation: A booking is only considered "confirmed" once you receive a formal confirmation email from our administrative team. Identification: All visitors may be required to present valid identification and sign a safety waiver upon arrival. 2. Rescheduling Policy We understand that schedules can change. To reschedule your visit: Notice Period: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to site availability and current operational schedules. Frequency: A single booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two times before it is treated as a new booking request. 3. Cancellation Policy Advance Cancellation: To cancel a visit without penalty, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a "Late Cancellation" record, which could affect the priority of future booking requests. No-Shows: If a visitor fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the visit will be automatically cancelled. 4. Safety & Site Conditions Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes early to undergo any required safety briefings. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a site visit at any time due to inclement weather, emergency maintenance, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer immediate rescheduling options.
